You pay a fee only when you're hired
No fee for quoting, for losing, or for cancelled jobs. When a machine goes on hire, Clexen charges a share of the rent, at most for the first month, lower in percentage as the rent goes up, like income-tax slabs. Extensions are free. All amounts exclude GST; 18% GST is added.

The rules, in plain words
What the fee is onThe rent plus operator charges for the order the customer accepted, up to its first month: hours, days, weeks or one month. Excludes GST, fuel, transport and deposits.
When it's earnedWhen the customer confirms the machine is on site. No fee for quotes, lost jobs or cancellations before that.
When you payOne invoice per order, raised the day it goes on hire. Pay within 7 days by UPI, card or netbanking.
ExtensionsFree. If the customer keeps the machine longer than the order, Clexen charges nothing more.
Repeat customersA new request through Clexen is a new order with the same slabs. Direct orders from a customer we introduced, within 12 months, carry the same fee.
Cancellations and refundsOrder cancelled before the machine reaches site? No fee, and anything paid is refunded. Once the machine is on site the fee is final, even if the hire ends early, because every later month is free. Cancellation and refund policy
DiscountsAny offer we agree with you is written into your account with an end date. It lowers Clexen's fee only, never your price to the customer.
GST18% GST is added to the fee on Clexen's tax invoice (GSTIN 07AAGCC9182N1Z0, SAC 998599). Your rent to the customer carries your own GST.
PlansEvery partner is on a paid plan: Annual ₹24,000 or 3 years ₹54,000, plus 18% GST. Plans never renew or debit automatically, and start the moment you pay online (service delivery).
