The terms and conditions are governed by the partner’s quote and the Clexen Rental® rental terms and conditions.

All Clexen Rentals® partners are certified and on-boarded by Clexen Rentals®, and we proactively ensure you receive quality equipment on time. Our partners are continuously monitored and reviewed to ensure they conform to our standards.

Our Partners are rental companies that are large (registered as Public, i.e. Limited and Private Limited) and small (registered as Sole Proprietors and Limited Liability Partnership).

The shipping cost will be indicated on the quotes you receive from Clexen Rentals®. We have the option to charge shipping or include the cost of the rental.

In general, Clexen Rentals® try to make sure you receive quotes in 24 hours or less during regular business hours.

The quotes you receive from Clexen Rentals® will indicate what happens at the end of the rental. The rental can sometimes be prorated on some term (often shorter than the original). In other cases, our partner may need the equipment returned on the agreed-upon date, and late fees may apply if it is returned later.

The rental will start on the day you pick up your equipment or the day you receive your equipment from the shipping carrier. The rental will end when the equipment is returned to the partner.

The renter's responsible for covering any damages, theft, or loss of the equipment except for ordinary wear and tear!

Yes! Clexen Rentals® only gives your contact information to partners to whom you have accepted a quote and signed a rental contract.

Clexen Rentals® is a FREE service with no hidden fees. You pay only the amount agreed upon in the rental contract!

It’s simple! If you find the specific equipment you need, instantly submit a request for a quote for the equipment you need to rent. Clexen Rentals® will respond with the best partner quotes based on the availability of the specific equipment. Once you accept a quote, you can get and sign the rental contract and receive your equipment!
